The first is found in Genesis 3:15, where God tells Satan, because of his deceit of Eve and Adam, that the offspring of Eve would "crush the head of" (or kill) Satan, but that Satan would "strike the heel of" (or injure) Eve's offspring. Satan injured Jesus through His crucifixion, but Jesus killed Satan through his death and resurrection.
